1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from Switzerland to the following destinations:

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein

• European countries

 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and displayed at checkout.

• Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 8.50

• European countries: from CHF 6.20

 

3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 2–14 business days.

 

Please note: No shipments are dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Provider

We ship all orders via Swiss Post.

5. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For deliveries abroad, particularly to countries within the EU, customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may apply. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We have no control over these charges and recommend checking with the relevant local authorities before placing an order.

6. Partial Shipments

If not all products are immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial shipments. Of course, you will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

7. Returns & Exchanges

If a delivered item is damaged or does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect item or size), the customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

In such cases, please contact us in advance so that the return can be coordinated and further instructions can be provided.

If an item does not fit, an exchange is possible within 14 days at our atelier, provided that the item is unworn, in its original condition, and has its original, undamaged tag attached. Exchanges are subject to availability. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us in advance to coordinate the exchange.
